So Black and White premiered yesterday.

I like it. I mean, I really, really like it. I wouldn't have thought it's possible to top DP, but in the first two episodes I'm already very excited.

Iris is absolutely insane. Her mood switches from one second to the next and she lets her emotions decide everything for her. Just like Ash, and their dynamic is great.
Oshawott is the cutest fucking thing ever in forever.
Pidove is one badass motherfucker.
Trip was kind of an ass, but then Ash was stomping all over his big day so it's understandable. The idea of taking pictures for a photo journal of his journey is good, and I loved his reaction to a Pikachu in Unova.
Zekrom seems to have some sort of interest in Pikachu. Or maybe it just likes to take away a Pokémon's Electric moves for entertainment, I'unno.
Team Rocket are actually doing their own thing now, not following Ash everywhere. Giovanni trusts them enough to lead the entire organization's Unova branch. Damn, man. Currently they're going to try grabbing Zekrom for him, and Giovanni is hoping they draw Team Plasma out of hiding.

I nostalgiagasm'd when that happened, I swear.

And Pikachu beat Ash up because Ash wanted to see Pikachu's electric type moves work again.

Haha, that was great. I loved Delia's reaction when Pikachu Volt Tackled him.

Pikachu couldn't use any Electric attacks, and the only attack that hit Snivy at all was a Quick Attack.
The lack of Electric attacks was scaring both of them, since earlier Professor Juniper said Pikachu was just fine. He stopped giving orders to Pikachu because he was confused as hell and trying to figure out what was wrong.
Pikachu was exhausted trying to use Volt Tackle, it was sweating and panting just running a few yards, before it even got close to Snivy.

Losing to Snivy made perfect sense.

Also, team rocket sucks now.

BUT he loses to him again when at the second battle thing.
